Commitment to accessibility

MemoAgent places the highest importance on making the service accessible to the entire population, including people with disabilities. We work to align the site with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Accommodations), 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines at level AA.

Accessibility accommodations on the site

An accessibility menu (a round button at the side of the screen) is available on every page of the site, offering: text enlargement up to 140%, high contrast, grayscale, color inversion, link highlighting, a readable font, motion stopping, an enlarged cursor and keyboard focus highlighting. Preferences are saved between visits.

In addition, the site is built with full keyboard navigation support, text labels for components and images, a proper heading structure, standard contrast ratios, screen reader support and full adaptation to mobile screens.

Known limitations

Some of the content on the site is uploaded by families (photos, recordings and videos) — such content may not have a complete description. Additionally, some of the texts on the site are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of this content. If you encounter a component that is not accessible — we would be glad if you let us know, and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
