What is MemoAgent?

MemoAgent is a unique platform for preserving the memory, personality and story of your loved ones. By collecting memories from family members and friends, the system builds a personal AI avatar that reflects the style, humor and values of the person you loved.

Who is MemoAgent for?

Anyone who wants to preserve the memory of a loved one who passed away — parents, a spouse, grandparents, a friend. It is also for people who want to document their own story for the generations to come.

Which languages can be used?

The avatar converses in the language your loved one spoke — Hebrew, English, or both. The system detects the language automatically from the collected memories.

How long does it take to create an avatar?

Creating a basic profile takes less than 3 minutes. Building the personality DNA happens after the first memories are collected and takes a few more minutes. You can keep improving and enriching the avatar at any time.

How many memories does a good avatar need?

You can start with 5-10 memories. The more material there is — the more accurate the avatar. A full, rich avatar is usually based on 20-50 memories from several different people.

Can WhatsApp conversations be uploaded?

Yes. A WhatsApp chat export is one of the most powerful tools — it contains real language, humor, and an authentic way of communicating. In MemoAgent you can upload an export directly to the profile.

Can the avatar be updated after it is built?

Absolutely. You can add new memories at any time, and the system will update the DNA accordingly. The avatar improves the more material you add.

Who can see the profile?

Only you and the people you explicitly invite. The profile is completely private by default — it cannot be searched for and cannot be accessed without an invitation.

Is my information secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell information to third parties and do not use it to train external models.

Can the profile be deleted?

Yes, at any time. Deleting a profile permanently removes all data connected to it within 30 days. We believe the right to delete is a fundamental right.

Does MemoAgent use my data to train AI?

No. Your memories and data will never be used to train general AI models. They are used solely to build your specific avatar.

Will the avatar impersonate a living person?

No. The avatar always presents itself as artificial intelligence. We believe this transparency is essential — both ethically and for a healthy, respectful experience.

Is MemoAgent suitable for people going through grief?

MemoAgent can serve as a supporting tool in the grieving process, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are going through real difficulty, we recommend seeing a professional alongside using the platform.

What happens if family members do not agree to creating the avatar?

This is an important question and we take it seriously. We recommend getting the consent of close family members before creating the profile. You can contact us at any time about deletion or disputes.
