Cancel a purchase

The right to cancel

• A purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of the first charge, or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.
• In such a cancellation we refund the payment minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
• If substantial use of the service was made with your consent (for example building an avatar, voice cloning or creating a narrated album), the proportional part of the service consumed is also deducted, as the law allows.
• The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used or by a return transfer.
• For an ongoing subscription, charging stops within 3 business days of the notice, and access is kept until the end of the paid period.
• The free trial carries no charge and needs no cancellation notice.

How to give notice

A cancellation notice can be given through any of the following channels, and counts as received on the day it reaches us:

• The form on this page.
• Email to memoagent@princememoagent.com.
• Subscribers who only want to stop the renewal, without a refund, can also do so on the account page.

Please include your full name and the email address of your account, so we can identify the purchase.
