MemoAgent deals with the most intimate subject there is — memory, grief, and love. Here is how we make sure to handle it properly.
Our 4 commitments
Absolute privacy
Your data is never sold, never shared, and never used to train external models.
Respect for the departed
The avatar will not give answers that contradict your loved one's values and personality.
Full transparency
The avatar always presents itself as artificial intelligence — never as a real person.
The right to delete
At any time you can permanently delete the profile and all data connected to it.
Data storage and use
All memories, conversations and personal information are stored on encrypted servers. We use them solely to build the avatar's personal DNA and to make the conversations possible.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (TLS + AES-256)
- User data is never used to train general AI models
- Information is never sold or passed to third parties
- Automatic backups with full restore capability
- Complete, permanent deletion on request — within 30 days
AI transparency
The avatar is artificial intelligence — not the person themselves. We believe this transparency is essential to a healthy, respectful experience.
- The avatar always presents itself as AI at the start of every conversation
- It will never impersonate a living person or claim to be a real one
- It will not give answers that contradict the known values of the departed
- No memory between conversations — every conversation is independent and private
Sensitivity to grief
We are aware that our product touches deeply sensitive subjects. MemoAgent is not a substitute for mental health care, grief counseling, or professional support.
If you are struggling with the grieving process, we recommend reaching out to a professional. The avatar can serve as a supporting tool — not as the only answer.
