Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

Using the MemoAgent platform ("the Service") constitutes full acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MemoAgent lets users create a digital profile for a person who passed away ("the Profile"), by collecting memories, recordings and photos from family and friends. The Profile is used to build an AI avatar reflecting the person's character.

The Service is intended for personal and family use only. Using the Service for any commercial purpose is prohibited without explicit approval from PrinceMemoAgent.

3. Family consent and privacy

The Profile creator declares that they have the consent of the departed's close family members for the use of the collected memories and information. PrinceMemoAgent is not responsible for family disputes regarding the creation of a Profile.

Access to the Profile is restricted to users explicitly invited by the Profile creator. The Profile is not public unless explicitly designated as a "demo" by the administrator.

4. Prohibited content

It is forbidden to upload content that includes: sensitive identifying details of living people without their consent, illegal content, incitement, copyrighted content without a license, or any content intended to harm, mislead or defraud.

5. AI disclosure

The avatar created by MemoAgent is an AI-based technological tool only and does not represent the real person. Every conversation with the avatar carries a clear disclosure. PrinceMemoAgent is not responsible for emotional reactions, misinterpretations, or any harm resulting from use of the avatar.

6. Data storage and deletion

Data is stored on secure servers. The Profile owner may request complete deletion of all data connected to the Profile at any time by contacting memoagent@princememoagent.com. Deletion will be carried out within 30 business days.

7. Prices, subscription, renewal and cancellation

The Service is sold as a recurring subscription — monthly or yearly, at the user's choice — at the prices listed on the pricing page. Prices include VAT as required by law; a tax invoice/receipt is sent by email with every charge.

Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year) and payment is collected from the payment method provided, until cancelled by the user. Renewal can be cancelled at any time through the account page or by writing to memoagent@princememoagent.com; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access is kept until that date. No refund is given for a period that has already begun and been used.

Statutory cancellation: in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the first charge. In that case the payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower; and if substantial use of the Service was made with the user's consent (for example building an avatar, voice cloning or creating a narrated album) — minus the proportional part of the service consumed, as required by law.

The free trial period (7 days) precedes any payment and carries no cost — it can be stopped at any time with no charge and no cancellation notice required.

Payment by Bit transfer: during an interim period, payment may be collected via a Bit transfer instead of on-site checkout. In that case the subscription is activated and renewed manually after each payment is received and does not renew automatically — at the end of the paid period an additional transfer is required for renewal; a receipt is sent separately. The automatic renewal provisions above apply to checkout payments only, while the rest of this section (including the statutory cancellation right) applies to both payment methods.

8. Changes to the terms

PrinceMemoAgent reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the site and an email update will be sent to registered users.
